LSSe64 Rules-based Calendar and Docket Feature
Summary
Most intuitive interface ever.
Simple,
sophisticated and designed with the end user in mind.
More intuitive and efficient than any other.
LSSe64 displays validation information online and in
real-time, and makes it easier than ever to quickly find the
information you are looking for.
Powerful search capabilities.
More options, added flexibility, scrollable search
history, customizable defaults, favorites list and full text
search capabilities.
Flexible calendar views.
Includes customizable monthly, weekly, daily and list views
that display up to 50,000 scheduled events at once,
provides additional data
columns that are both sizeable and movable, and the detail list can
be sorted instantly by any data column in ascending or
descending order.
Unbeatable performance.
Tested with more than one million deadlines.
Final results to search requests often finish in sub-second
time.
Online date calculations.
All date calculations are performed in the background by a
cloud-based web service at CalendarRules.com - always using the most
recent rule definitions available. You don't have to
install or maintain any rule sets. They are all managed
for you by the web service.
Entry methods.
Four entry methods are available - single event date,
single calculated event date, series of recurring events or a
series of rules-based events.
Outlook integration.
If your firm uses Outlook and Exchange, LSSe64 can send a
copy of scheduled events and deadlines right to the Outlook
calendar for each respective attorney. LSSe64 even gives each user the ability to customize the
default Outlook subject line generated by LSSe64.
Case assignments.
With case assignments, you can define a list of default
timekeepers to be included on all events for any given client or
matter. During calendar entry, when you select a matter
that has a case assignment defined, you don't have to enter
any timekeeper codes. The system will get them
automatically from the case assignment list.
Departments.
With departments, you can define a list of timekeepers
that belong to a given department, and then schedule events by
entering that department code. Timekeepers can belong to
multiple departments, and each department can contain an
unlimited number of timekeepers.
Reporting.
Flexible reporting options allow you to generate master
calendars for the entire firm, individual calendars for each
attorney, calendars for specific clients and matters, and much
more.
Advanced security.
Effortlessly secure entire clients and matters to create
an ethical wall within your firm.
You decide who can and who cannot access information.
